Founder Mr. Mukesh Bhatt (Pintu Bhatt) and his partners started their business from a very small retail shop and now a days, as a result of their zeal, enthusiasm and efforts, the Kore Mobile becomes a well known brand in Gujarat. Nobody knows that these “Kathiyawadi Boys” will make a brand like “KORE MOBILE” as there are already big fishes in the market. With uncountable hurdles and no support they have nailed it, and now KORE MOBILE has 120+ Kore locations in the map of India.
The Kore Mobile is the brand of Jay Jalaram Technologies Limited. This Company was incorporated on 17th January, 2012.
Within the span of 10 years of its incorporation as a Private Limited Company, the Company has been converted into a Public Limited Company and also got listed on NSE Emerge Platform (i.e. SME Exchange) in September, 2022.
With the valuable efforts of its Promoters, Directors and Employees, the Company has opened many Retail Stores in Gujarat and Uttar Pradesh. The Company has also opened Retail Stores in Gujarat, Noida and Haryana in the brand name of “REVOLT” of M/s. Revolt Intellicorp Pvt. Ltd. to cater the market of electric vehicles / bikes pursuant to the Letter of Intent executed with Revolt. The Company has also signed Letter of Intent with M/s. LML Electric Pvt. Ltd. for opening of Retail Stores in Gujarat in the brand name of “LML” to cater the market of electric vehicles / bikes.
All the regular updation regarding opening of new Retail Stores across the India are intimating to National Stock Exchange of India Limited (“NSE”) from time to time and any further information on opening of new Retail Stores will firstly be informed to NSE pursuant to the legal and compliance requirements.
