Sayendra also talks about the news network and how he plans on creating an unbiased, apolitical platform that acts to present content and leave the interpretation to the readers. “Journalism is a very powerful tool. It can make or break nations. Our job as members of the media is to provide unadulterated content and this what me and my team aim for. We will launch soon and hope to create a cornerstone in Indian journalism”. The news network, named ‘Elite Chronicle’ aims at blurring the lines between news and consumer media. “News is something we all need. Why not make it fun and digestible for everyone?” The network aims to have open departments of media, inspired by the open model of his award-winning record label, as he believes that every aspect of news is just as important to readers, “be it current affairs, finance, gaming or even the latest trends in the fashion week”. The news portal is expected to launch soon with a team of industry leading journalists and his foray into the world of media and journalism is eagerly awaited, given Sayendra’s history of excelling in media and entertainment and setting a benchmark for digital media, ushering in a brand new phase in his career.
